The emerging proposal is for approximately 100 new homes, together with associated landscaping, parking and infrastructure. The consultation provides an opportunity for local residents and stakeholders to review the plans and share feedback before any planning application is submitted to South Lanarkshire Council.

This pre-application consultation is an important part of the planning process. It allows us to present our initial proposals to the local community, answer questions and gather views that will help inform the final planning submission.
All feedback received during the consultation period will be carefully reviewed and summarised within a Report on Consultation, which will accompany any future planning application.
We will be holding two public events where members of the project team will be available to discuss the proposals and listen to feedback:
