Local football club kicks off the season with help from Dundas

A Kirkcaldy-based football club has kicked off its new season with a great start, thanks to sponsorship from Dundas Estates.

Dundas is supporting the football club by donating towards the cost of new kit for the 13-14 years team, The Beveridge Lions Blues.

Speaking about the sponsorship, the club’s coach, Steven Beveridge, said: “We would like to pass on our thanks and appreciation to Dundas Estates for the generous donation.

“It has enabled us to free up some funds elsewhere to provide high quality equipment and experiences for the team over the year ahead.”

The Beveridge Lions Blues train in Kirkcaldy and have an exciting year of matches ahead of them.

Bruce Dunlop, managing director of Dundas Estates, said: “Investing in the local communities around our developments is always at the forefront of our values.

“Local sports clubs are so important to society and the health of our youth, as they are great for encouraging children to have fun outdoors. We are really proud to support the Beveridge Lions Blues and wish them a fruitful and successful season.”

Dundas Estates’ Ostlers Way development is located in the Chapel area of Kirkcaldy. The development is well placed for primary and high schools, and special consideration has been put into outdoor leisure activities for children within the development. The development’s proximity to the A92 and Kirkcaldy rail station offers excellent transport links. There are a variety of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses available, and for the month of September, buyers can reserve their new home for only a £99 fee.

Potential buyers can visit the Ostlers Way sales centre between 11am and 5pm, Thursday to Monday, or call 0845 005 5008.
