Glamis Gardens Pre-launch for Dundee’s Property Professionals

Property specialists from Dundee and its surrounding area will be given the opportunity to see the first major development from Dundas in the city before it is officially launched to the public. The pre-launch preview will be held on Thursday 6th October at the Glamis Gardens brand new show home between 4.30pm and 6.30pm.

“This exciting event is designed to let industry professionals know that we have arrived in the city and that we’re about to launch a really innovative and exciting new development,” says Heather Birrell, Dundas’ Sales & Marketing Manager. She explains that the Dundas team will be on hand to offer advice and discuss all aspects of the property business. “Solicitors, estate agents and valuers are expected to attend as are representatives from Ninewells Hospital and the Estate department of the Universities of Dundee and Abertay.”

The Glamis Gardens development is situated just off Ninewells Avenue and Glamis Drive and is in a quiet residential area close to Ninewells Hospital. Formerly medical residences, the 36 linked villas on offer are being completely refurbished and remodelled to a high specification finish to suit modern contemporary living.
