Our after-sales service starts from the minute we hand you the keys to your new home.First, we'll provide you with a copy of the Dundas HomeCare Manual. This provides comprehensive information on our guarantees and back-up services and guidance on how to maintain your new home. Dundas’ on-site staff will be there to help with any initial teething problems you may encounter.
On-going AssistanceOnce you have settled in we will give you the opportunity to let us know – usually within a six month period – of any items that require attention. Our dedicated Customer Care team (based at our head office) will be on hand to give you all necessary advice and assistance.
Your new home will be covered by the 10-year NHBC Buildmark Policy. The first two-year guarantee period is covered by Dundas. The following eight years of the NHBC warranty provides protection against defects in the structure of your property.
