Our after-sales service starts from the minute we hand you the keys to your new home. The Dundas HomeCare Manual provides you with comprehensive information on our guarantees and back-up services and guidance on how to maintain your new home.Dundas’ on-site staff are there to help with any teething problems you may encounter.
On-going Assistance
Once you have settled in we give you the option to update us – usually within a six month period – of any items which may require attention. Our dedicated Customer Care team are based at head office and they are on hand to give you advice and assistance.
Workmanship Guaranteed
The 10-year NHBC Buildmark Policy covers your new home. The first two-year guarantee period is covered by Dundas and the following eight years of the NHBC warranty provides protection against defects in the structure of your property.
